Hands down best BBQ in LA! Staff is awesome and food is amazing. All options on the menu are delicious you can't go wrong at all. Loaded mashed potatoes is a must have. If you are a bbq lover like us you must try this place!

We tried the Pitmaster that has a taste of all their goodies. The chicken quarter was fall off the bone and tender. The Angus Beef Brisket was tender. The spare rib was meaty but a bit dry. The BBQ pulled pork slider was very tasty, a good portion and the bread soft. All the meats were tasty especially with the BBQ sauce that has peppercorns to give you a little kick. The cornbread is a good size but it was a bit dry and more cakelike than I usually like (I like it when it is crunchy with cornmeal. It has bits of Jalapeños that give it a nice flavor with no heat. I couldn't taste any cheese but the corn bits added some tasty texture and it was sweet. The staff were nice and the place was clean. There are a few seats inside and outside. It is street parking and there are some spots out front. You also might miss it. It is tucked in-between other businesses. I suggest looking up as you drive by for the small BBQ sign.

The original chef is no longer here, and unfortunately, the quality has suffered. The meats, from the brisket to the ribs, were tough and difficult to chew. It was quite disappointing. Food rating: 1/5.
