Pho Today - East Rutherford

Came here with my staff to lunch and eating is amazing! the pho is delicious and huge! the banh mi is super tasty. this place is definitiw a must try if they are close to the opposite!

The bahm mi sandwiches are great, especially the grilled beef and the bread is fresh (well at least at lunchtime). And if you are not caffeine sensitive, you should try the Vietnamese coffee, it is real good!

You know how most restaurants now have cut down on the portion they serve customer to save on cost? Not this resuturant I struggled finishing their short rib Pho in a good way! Absolutely friendly staff, quite envoirement and most importantly delicious food!!

Omg the pho here is so amazing. The waiter was really helpful when we weren’t sure what some of the ingredients were. The portions are huge so expect to take some home with you. One thing is that I wish they added spicyness in the back instead of having Siracha on the table. Can’t wait to return again though.

The food was incredibly flavorful, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked. We ordered pho, a bungalow dish, and rice plates, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. However, we noticed some items on the menu, like the vegetable bread, were unavailable, which was disappointing. The casual, airy atmosphere was enhanced by the high ceilings and stone walls, making for a pleasant dining experience.
