Mad Apples - East Stroudsburg

I discovered this restaurant on Google and was drawn in by the promise of home-cooked food. I can honestly say it lived up to the hype and was absolutely amazing! The owner was fantastic and personally served us, which was a refreshing experience that you don't find in many places. Kudos to her and her kitchen team for their excellent work! Every time I come back here, this will definitely be my go-to spot.

Shaina is an amazing host and cook! The restaurant offers not only fantastic comfort food but also a unique blend of Southern and casual European vibes. We recently moved from the South but have spent the last eight years in Germany, and we love that casual European restaurants allow us to relax and enjoy time together as a family without rushing. The ambiance here is cozy, and the decor has a distinctive music theme that I found quite charming—I even thought about bringing my guitar! Overall, the food was truly excellent, just as we had hoped!

Now, let's talk about the food. I tried one of the burgers and I can honestly say it's been a long time since I've had a burger that good at any restaurant. You could tell it was freshly made—not just a frozen patty tossed on the grill. It was cooked perfectly, remaining juicy and flavorful. Some may argue that the prices are a bit high, but I believe they are in line with other similar restaurants in the area, especially given the fresh and delicious quality of the food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

My friend and I decided to eat here two days ago. When we first came in, it was a soothing atmosphere. Shaina didn't just take our order and told us it was a wait we didn't make, she was the only one there. She cooked our food and when we took the first bite, we loved it absolutely. The quality of the food was not only incredible, but Shaina cooked our food with her whole soul. She was very hospitable and friendly. I recommend Mad Apples to everyone. The food, service and atmosphere were from this world. And so much better than eating in a chain restaurant. We were very happy and comfortably satisfied.

This place is amazing!!!!! We tried a little bit of everything on the menu and its to die for. Most places you need condiments for everything...here I didn't need any. The flavors speak for them self.
