Mad Apples Loaded Food N' Dessert Joint!

10/10, I?d come back to this place every day if I lived local! I?m military and was on vacation with my family so we ordered a lot the wait time wasn?t long at all either! We ordered catfish, a pulled pork sandwich, Philly cheesesteak, a burger, and the mac and cheese burger. Everything was hot and super fresh and needless to say, gone in only a few minutes! The customer service from the owner was just as good as the food too!! She was just as amazing as her food DO NOT skip this place on your drive through town! Seen this place on the side of 209 a couple of times and never was expecting a restaurant or this level of quality of food. Owner and staff super friendly and accommodating. I had the burger and sweet potato waffle fries. Burger cooked to protection on a brioche bun, bacon juicy and crispy but not too crispy or dried out. Probably the best sweet potato fries I?ve ever had in my lifetime. Very crispy, sweet and salty blend of seasoning coding on the fries. Although the fries are apart of the entree it almost somewhat of a dessert as well. Highly recommended. When I visited in May it was outdoor seating only which is right next to the parking lot and atop a hill looking down onto 209. Definitely a pocono staple, making this a tradition every time I visit!

Found this place on Google. Read home cooked food and let me tell you it is and it 's amazing!! The owner was awesome! She was serving us which was awesome to see.. most places don 't do that. Props to her and her kitchen crew! Anytime I 'm back up here this is definitely the place I 'm going.

My girlfriend and I decided to eat here 2 days ago. When we first walked in, it was a comforting atmosphere. Shaina not only took our order and told us it would be a wait, which we didn't mind, she was the only one there. She cooked our food and when we took the first bite, we absolutely loved it. The quality of the food was not only incredible, but Shaina cooked our food with her whole soul. She was very hospitable and kind. I highly recommend Mad Apples to anyone. The food, the service, and the atmosphere was out of this world. And so much better than dining in at a chain restaurant. We left very pleased and were comfortably full and overall satisfied.

What a fun place!!!! We were looking for a super late dinner came upon this fabulous place. We had their daily special, fish chips and we had some strawberry cheecake ice cream. SO GOOD! They had a DJ out front cracking out fun tunes while the owner set off some fireworks. This was a highlight of out 1st day in the Poconos. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
