I went on a rainy satuday night without a reservation and was immediately sat in a cave/booth table in the back. I am not kidding when I say thisrestaurant is very dimly lit. The only sources of light were candles. Now the food. We had the hummus, the chicken gyro plateand the falafel plate. The hummus comes with something like 8 pieces of pita and was delicious. Both the chicken gyro plate andthe falafel plate were gigantic and came with pita and a salad. The dressing on the salad was fantastic. The chicken and thefalafel were ok. Nothing special. We had the tiramisu dessert which was great. The price is fine since they give pretty generousportions
I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. The servers were kind but took a while to serve us. The portions were massive but honestly mediocre. The Gyro was decent but came with a plate of unnecessary salad. I love salad, but it should be optional, not the norm. The drinks were great and enjoyable. They were also very accommodating with our reservation as we arrived late due to traffic. The dessert was beautiful, a chocolate cheesecake with bits of homemade brownie and raspberry sauce on top, which was delicious. In conclusion, the cost was 3/5 (expensive for unnecessary large portions), service was 3.5/5, entrees were 3/5, dessert was 5/5, drinks were 4/5 (house-made, not fountain soda), atmosphere was 4/5. Final rating: 4/5 (rounded up).
This restaurant is a beautiful, peaceful, and romantic spot for a date night. I adore the design and ambiance, as it is very cozy. The food is excellent, with a variety of vegan options on the menu. The hummus is particularly outstanding. Although this restaurant does not serve alcohol, they offer a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages. The dessert choices are plentiful. The service is friendly, attentive, and efficient. They do not assign a specific waiter to your table, so any staff member can assist you, making it very convenient. While the main course options are limited, you will not leave hungry. Two appetizers and a gyro dish were more than enough to satisfy two people.
I was Amazed the minute I walked in. The staff were amazing, so polite!. Food was great. I didn't like the Tiramisu though, BUT the chocolate cake! Omg it was literally the best chocolate cake ever!. Definitely coming back ??
This restaurant is truly one of a kind. If you're in the area, you definitely should check it out. They offer a wide range of desserts and drinks to choose from.
