Chicago Deep Dish - Edmonton

Ordered a pizza last night and it NEVER showed up. Asked to speak to the owner and they were very rude. Showed up to the stony plain rd store today to ask to speak to the owner and the employee was not helpful at all, they offered a free pizza but would not let me speak with the owner about what was going on and they declined asking me to leave the store or they will call the police. I said ok call the police I’m not doing anything wrong I just want to let the owner how their employees are treating their customers. I sat on the lawn chair by the door to wait and the employee came over and pushed me on to the floor. They knew there were no cameras so no charges will be laid. Just want to inform everyone else.

Decided to try the baked lasagna with meatballs and a ceasar salad this time. I was unfortunately reminded of why you don't order pasta from a pizza place lol.Pros:-Food was hot when it got here.-Delivery guy was polite.Cons:-Food took 1hr and 20 min to get here. We live 1km away from the store.-Salad had zero flavor and 1 pkg of dressing was not even close to enough to cover it.-Lasagna was meh....sauce was bland and meatballs were overcooked.-Hate to say it but it tasted frozen or pre made. Cheese on top was good.Was overall just disappointing. Won't do that again but, I will keep ordering pizza from there because its always fantastic!

This place is a place of lyeliers.They promise to deliver pizza in 40 mins.Later when u call them after 1 hour they say the driver is on the way.Later when u again call them. They say driver is leaving now.Worst experience I faced so far in delivery and and telling false commitment.Finally the pizza never arrived and I just waisted my 1.5 hours without food.

Ordered a medium pepperoni and bacon, the bacon had that uncooked saltless taste that Pizza Hut has, it was also bacon crumble. The toppings kept sliding off and burning my face. 5/10 just meh.

I’ve only ever ordered from here never actually been inside the building. But every time I have ordered I have never been disappointed. I’ve only tried their pepperoni pizza and ham and cheese pizza. Both so delicious. Nice fluffy thick dough with perfect amount of toppings and yummy cheese . Love this place for pizza
