Mike's Pizzeria Italian - Effort

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff who took my order were incredibly rude, and they got my order wrong. When I expressed my frustration, they became defensive, which only made things worse. I then had to drive an additional 20 minutes to pick up the correct order. To top it off, they hung up on me when I tried to ask for the owner's contact information, and I was told to find him on Facebook. It's clear that they don't understand how important word of mouth is for their business. I strongly recommend that they hire new staff.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic. We make it a point to visit whenever we travel to the Poconos from New Jersey. It took us years to find a restaurant that offers the kind of Italian cuisine we are accustomed to.

Pizza is great.If you come for a slice or stromboli or ... and they don't have your favorite one, they will do it for you in a short time.There are some good desserts cakes.They are always busy, every time when I come, they have customers picking theirorders.

Food was excellent and good quantity had chicken parmesan sub and it was delicious and really full of chicken my son had the pizza berger and said it was great ???? very happy with our dinner.
