Wingstop - El Paso

I ordered a 5 pieces stripe 3 Flaming Bbq and the other 2 honey hot with some fried pimples and frits for takeaway. When I came home, the food was perfect and everything was crispy. AMAZING!!!!

This place has a terrible waiting time. Constant 1 hour. Any order, whether in person, call to, online or delivery, suffers the same terrible waiting times even with simple orders. How can a restaurant issue regularly delayed orders on weekdays? And the worst thing is that the chicken is finally dry. Definitely not worth it, especially if you have Don Carbon and Wings Daddy in the same environment. You need to add AT LEAST another 20-30 minutes to their estimate of order completion to face far away from the actual waiting time costumer.

This used to be our way to the wings, but in recent months it has gone down hills. Our order is NIE on time. The waiting zone is always a mess and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The food is good when it is done right and actually hot!

I ordered boneless and bone-in wings. The garlic parmesan flavor stood out to me. However, when I opened the boxes, I noticed a large puddle of oil that seemed to be half solidified and milky. It seems like they didn't drain the wings long enough before serving them. The wings were just okay overall. I would rate the food 2 out of 5.

The food at this restaurant has always been delicious, but I was particularly impressed by the staff today. Even though it was only 10 minutes until closing time, they welcomed us with a smile, took our order, and did not try to rush us or be rude. This place is awesome! Rating for food: 5/5
