Panda One - Eldora

We love coming here for the buffet. The food is tasty and not greasy like some other places.

The prices are comparable to other Chinese restaurants. The shrimp lo mein is quite good, and the Mongolian beef earns a solid four out of five stars from me.

The Mongolian beef is packed with flavor and has a delightful kick of spiciness. There was a bit too much carrot and water chestnuts for my liking, but overall it was still quite satisfying.

I entered this restaurant with low expectations, but it turned out to be amazing! The prices are quite reasonable, particularly the lunch specials. My food arrived promptly, was piping hot, incredibly delicious, and truly high-quality authentic Chinese cuisine—it definitely filled me up! I would give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it. The only downside was the funky music playing in the background.

I had the Mongolian beef, egg rolls, and egg drop soup. Nothing was bad, but nothing was really good either. The rice was dry. The egg rolls lacked filling. More wrapper than filling. The egg drop was was bland. It lacked imagination.I have never had Mongolian beef with sliced carrots before. I don't think they work for the dish at all.Service was lacking. The server kept taking calls, and ignored me, a real live customer. And service with a smile would go a long way.
