Little Caesars Pizza - Ellijay

Terrible experience. I placed an online order and opted for drive-thru pickup. I decided to go ahead with it, but ended up waiting 15 minutes before entering the restaurant. After that, I waited for a whole hour for my order. If I wanted to spend an hour waiting for pizza, I would have gone to a place known for its quality, rather than one that claims to be fast.

I ordered pizza and had to wait 25 minutes, only to receive the wrong order and it was cold. Many potential customers left during my wait, and I wish I had joined them.

I've encountered several issues with my orders, which have been incorrect three times now. Complaining about the food being wrong makes me feel like I'm being overly demanding, and I really dislike that feeling.

Could not get an answer to the phone to order, but they cooked it fresh and it is good.

Used drive-thru to order 10 pizzas. They were ready with minimal wait. Staff person was friendly and efficient. Thank you!!
