Dunkin' - Elyria

I asked for only whipped cream on my coffee and I was missing a quarter of my drink. It's very rare that they get my order right at this location. Service: 1

I went through drive through yesterday 9/28 around 5:40 PM. I desperately needed coffee, working a lot of hours as an ICU provider and they could tell I had had a day and had not slept yet. I was having a bad day, but they were so nice. The staff had accidentally made two coffees the wrong way so they offered me both coffees for free and even paid for my iced latte and all I had to pay for with my sons donut. That was the only thing that day that brought a smile to my face. I don’t typically leave reviews but I was so touched. After a hard night of losing patients in the ICU, then be forced to stay awake after working all night, I was ready to quit the day but their generosity and kindness brought tears to my eyes. Aside from this event, this is best Dunkin Donuts I’ve been too, always super fast and friendly!

Waited over 30 min. In the drive through. Even heard some people who walked in say they was there for over 40 min. Smh. This is the worse Dunkin Donuts location ever!!!!!!!!
