Spicoli's pizza and pasta - EMSDALE

We always stop in for a slice when driving by and know that getting a slice takes up to 15 minutes, so called ahead because we were short on time and asked if they could do us a huge favour and throw a couple of slices in as we were 10 minutes away. After some convincing they reluctantly agreed and when we got there were greeted by a snarky young girl and were basically scolded for ordering in advance by both staff, which they say is 'first come first serve for slices' So probably won't go back until they learn some hospitality and customer service skills. Not a good way to keep customers, especially in a tiny town like Elmsdale where their customers pay their pay checks and keep them in business. Being in the hospitality business it's fair to say that this was a disappointing experience for us both and will not go be back anytime soon or recommend it to anyone.

This place has the most amazing food! I love the Steve Bruschetta with feta! The salads, pizza, deserts... all incredible!

We visited Spicoli's today, a Sunday in fall, and enjoyed everything we tried. We ordered three specialty pizzas and all three were excellent. The small size is more like a medium and each cost $15.25 including tax. The pasta is homemade and delicious. We would definitely go back. Only problem is that it is not really a dine in restaurant. The food will be packed into take out containers even if you chose to dine in and sit at the small table that has only three bar stools.

We had the Ray Li-oaded and Jean Claude Van Deluxe, not sure which is better but both were fantastic! Can't wait to try 'em all! Great spot would highly recommend.

I have no clue how this place is still open , they have decent food, but every employee I've come in contact with has been absolutely awful. Also, their website advertises delivery, but when I called they said "we don't deliver" I told them their menu says they do, the guy just said "I know but we don't" so on top of bad service they are false advertising delivery. Too bad this crappy joint took over two jacks! Now that was a good place.
