My party ordered the southwest salad the chicken fried steak. The food was fantastic!! We loved all the new menu items!! We also tried the blondie dessert, which was delicious! We love supporting local businesses. Dietary restrictions: There are lots of options for dietary restrictions. Parking: The parking lot is south of the entrance, with lots of space, and it isn't crowded.

I have always loved Blazes, but this time was exceptional! My family used their catering service today for my dad’s funeral and they hit it out of the park! The food was excellent the price was right on and they made the whole experience easy and painless. I would highly recommend Blazes for your catering needs!

Had their new lunch salad, it was awesome. Very fresh ingredients, and hand made ranch (come on McAlister’s, dump that bottled junk). Also came with some of the best brisket I’ve ever had. Clean place with very friendly and helpful staff. All this on a lunch special with a drink. I will definitely be back for this again. Thanks guys.
