We were present on the night when a mother was asked to move with her children to an enclosed patio. A young child was screaming for quite some time, which made our dinner quite disruptive and unpleasant. However, the family's transition seemed to go smoothly, as their dinners had not yet been served. We noticed that, with more space on the patio, the kids were happy and playing. It was a warm evening with no wind at all. We were glad to see that everyone was well taken care of and that all guests could enjoy their meals. We'll definitely be back next summer!
On August 22, 2023, I was dining with my family at a table next to Erin and her children when the staff asked them to move outside. I must say, her kids were exceptionally well-behaved and adorable. I noticed the owner instructing the waitress to ask Erin to relocate. In my opinion, what they did was unacceptable. It was cold and windy outside, and instead of moving themselves, the owners chose to ask paying customers to leave. The waitress seemed embarrassed by the request, apologizing several times as she brought items out to the deck. Erin managed the entire situation with grace. To the owners, it’s clear that money doesn’t equate to class. Perhaps it's time for you to return to California; our community doesn’t need this kind of behavior.
Excellent food and place to dine in small town Montana. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
During our fly fishing trip to Yellowstone, we spent a week in Ennis and came across this restaurant while checking out reviews on Yelp. We decided to give it a shot with a group of six, allowing us to sample a diverse range of dishes. The standout items were the wagyu Bavette, the duck, and the ribs. Each dish was expertly cooked and beautifully seasoned. The service was excellent, and it was clear how much pride the chef takes in his creations. I only wish we had discovered this place earlier in our trip so we could have visited again. The Sangria was also a delightful refreshment after a long day of fishing. We can’t wait to return!
The duck entree was excellent and so were the oysters. Friendly but untrained staff. The loaded baked potato came unloaded and cold, after sending it back it was singed at the edges. The wagyu burger ordered medium rare was served well done, imagine the well done burger! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+
