KFC - Epping

I visited KFC on Epping High Street, ordered and paid for my food. When I went to the next window to collect my order, I noticed that my burger and big chips were missing from the box. I drove forward to check my meal and found that the items were indeed missing. I went back through the drive-thru to return the missing chips, but unfortunately, the burger was still missing. I was disappointed with the service and don't plan on returning to this KFC branch.

The food was not cooked properly at this restaurant. I ordered a zinger box and the burger was rubbery, the chips were soggy and tasted watery. Despite being hungry, I ended up throwing it away because the burger had a strange smell. The staff was inattentive and seemed uncaring, as if there was no manager overseeing operations. This restaurant did not meet the standard I expected from a KFC, especially compared to other locations like the ones in Broadmeadows and Fawkner.

I'm not sure why the quality of this restaurant has declined so much in the last few months. The coating on the prawns is disappointing and there isn't much of it. The chips are soggy and undercooked. The staff have trouble getting orders correct and there doesn't seem to be proper supervision. Overall, it's just an average option for those looking to eat and enjoy the food.

Check their order! in which usually something wrong when through dr. eis. chips tend to be a bit soggy, I always ask for fresh. faster service,

Asked for chicken twister I get cold chicken and ham twister .. asked for Sunkist I get pepsi .. asked for salt they don't have any .. chicken pieces were raw and **** ..all food were cold ..KFC epping SUCKS
