McDonald's - Espanola

Where do I start? I've been to this McDonald's 3 times. Each time was terrible - the wait to order food (there's only one order window inside) then crammed into a small space to wait for the actual food is a nightmare. The customers are not much better! I am an older woman using a cane yet both men and women shove and push to get by - no one says "excuse me" or "oops sorry" when they jostle you. And I don't get in the way, I stay on the edges so as not to hinder others but still I get jostled constantly. The food is not great - the last Big Mac was so salty my husband and I could not eat it. It's a grubby restaurant with bad food.

Its known for its central area of other convenient shops around for grocery&the famous Tim Horton's..And is close to the main hwy's.

We ordered #1 and #2 breakfast meals waited 25 minutes in drive thru and holding last 3 visits similar experience.

We went here on our summer vacation. My son's food took over 25 to assemble. His meal was cold and his smoothie was already melted.

25 minutes in the drive thru is totally unacceptable, and when telling the server to get a "tell the manager to hire more staff..." is hardly an appropriate reply.
