I stopped by to try the new BBQ sandwich, only to find out that it has been discontinued. It’s puzzling how something they just started advertising on TV could be taken off the menu so quickly. Fortunately, I was able to get the regular crispy chicken sandwich this time, as they had been out of it during my last visit. The food is above average when they have it available. Hot as hell in here! It was cooler outside and it's 80°F. They give you everything as a takeout order even if you're eating here. Definitely need to make it about 15 degrees cooler in here. The posted closing time for this restaurant on Friday is 10 PM. I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:52 PM only to be told they were already closed. I questioned why they were closing early if their official closing time is 10 PM, but received no response. All their lights and signs were still on. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I was ignored for a while until an employee finally came to speak with me. He refused to explain why they had closed early. When I asked for the manager's phone number, he claimed to be the manager himself. I then requested the owner's name, but he wouldn't provide that information. Instead, he offered to take my order only after I insisted on knowing the owner's name. Overall, I experienced poor service.

I hate going to a restaurant even a fast food one that refuses to make the food that you actually want They only want to sell you what's already made and that really ticks me off It's my money I earned it I should be able to buy whatever I want and not be limited to just what they felt like making Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
