Jalisco Mexican - Evergreen

I tried the hard shell pulled chicken Tacos and the chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. I wasn 't a fan of the beans. They tastes and felt more like mashed beans than any traditional beans that I 've had so far with my enchiladas. The enchiladas themselves and the tacos where ok. Nothing to scream atop a roof about, but not bad either. I took issue however when I noticed how dried the hot sauce was when I tried to use the one on the table, only to find out that it expired almost 8 months prior. The waitress assured me that they refill them and to disregard the dates on the bottles. However, seeing how dried the sauce was, it 's interesting after taste and the fact that the original bottles were use (which would have been hard and impractical to refill due to their tiny opening), I 'll keep my guard and doubts up.

Best Authentic Mexican food in Alabama. The food is always delicious and perfectly cooked. The owner and staff are friendly and seem genuinely happy everytime we visit. Even when its really busy its still pretty relaxed and quiet.

This drink was disgusting! Mango was the flavor and that was not the taste given. The owner said it was a new mix but is using two different syrups that have no similar flavor to mango. Refused ti take back and made the waitress bring them

Fresh water is not authentic, no matter who prepares it.

Terrible service. They don't serve you well and it takes forever to bring you what you order. I don't recommend them
