Vickers Restaurant - EXTON

Not a good value for the price. 24 dollar lobster appetizer was overcooked and barely tasted like lobster. Crab cakes mostly filler, very dry. The outdoor space was lovely and service very gracious. Would not return any time soon.

Open Table refused us our requested time of 6:30 despite there being plenty if open tables the whole time we were there. We had to accept a 4:45 seating. The restaurant was great. Open Table was not helpful at all. The manager did not know why we were forced to take the early seating. He suggested we call the restaurant directly the next time and skip Open Table completely.

If you need a special dining experience this is it!

Delicious Mother's Day dinner. We had not been to Vicker's for a little while and it was as nice as ever. Beautiful restaurant in an historic inn which has been kept up so very nicely. The service was excellent and the food was really good. I had Bison that melted in my mouth, my husband had the halibut. Both were served with a delicious starch and vegetables. We both had the stuffed mushrooms, mushrooms stuffed with crabmeat that were delicious. We both also had the chocolate decadence cake. On Mother's day it was a three course meal for a set price. There were delicious choices in each category and a lot to choose from. I do not know if this is how their regular menu is or it was this way only for Mother's Day. We would definitely return again soon. They will be opening their patio soon and I understand it is lovely the way they set it up. Would highly recommend.

Have been here many times and this time was up to the usual great standard! Our food was delicious, prepared as ordered, and delivered in a timely manner, The server was friendly and worked hard to make this an enjoyable dinner. And the glass of Malbec we each had was perfect. All we can say is, Keep up the great effort!
