Jj Fish Chicken - Fairfield

The food was delicious, as always. It was just unfortunate that I had to pick it up myself due to a mistake with the DoorDash delivery driver.

The chicken is extremely dry and burnt, the French fries are limp, and the collard greens lack any flavor. This is the second time I have purchased dinner here and had the same disappointing experience.

The chicken lacked freshness and wasn't fried for a sufficient amount of time, resulting in a bland flavor.

Its very difficult to order from here on Doordash as the prices, and items doesnt match the same menu in the store. I usually get the fish combo with chicken for 15.99 or something around that price, but here in Doordash, I had to buy the fish as a separate order and the chicken as a separate order. this was pretty ridiculous and frustrating. However, the food is always bomb and thank you for including the extra hot sauce that Ive requested.

Very salty catfish nuggets and tenders. bread that was under the meat was just dry bread,(not toast). Fries, were fries. The Greens were good needed seasoning, (maybe take some of the salt from the tenders/catfish nuggets)the Mac n cheese was good. Now, the worst part was the bean/rice there was an obvious off taste, the rice was bad rancid and in that one and only bite there was no other flavor. $70.00+ order was disappointing.
