The Sinclair - Fairfield

Sinclair is always a fantastic place to be. I regularly visit for brunch, and it never fails to impress. The oysters, both fried and raw, are simply incredible. On Sunday evenings, there's a DJ on the terrace, which adds to the vibrant atmosphere.

We spent half a week here, and it was fantastic. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. I had the small plate of meatballs and burrata, and it was so delicious that I couldn't even stop to take a photo! Our bill was a bit on the higher side because we ordered some special cocktails, but they were definitely worth it. Brianna was our server, and while I didn’t catch the name of the cook, both of them provided outstanding service.

Wonderful experience. on Saturday with my family divorced to brunch. we went in at 1:00 a.m. and the Hostess team offered a beautiful 4-top outdoor table that had a lot of space for our small child and children's car. I ordered her negroni cocktail (bright, sweet refreshing,) fried bbq oysters (three bites, but a rich tasty app), lachs blt sandwich (underselected menu option,) and chowder fried (belief the hype.) my man ordered a glass rosé wine, roasted goat cheese and beef! we loved everything we all eaten and spent 2 hours to walk around the city to burn the calorie. if they are looking for an icy brunch spot with enjoyable menu options, this is the right place for them. we were also pleasantly surprised at how sweet the staff (and the neighboring males) were about us to bring a baby to brunch. it's so nice to feel like a facility is family-friendly and welcoming, no matter how young hips the Brunch Party scene could be. Finally, they have a fantastic hybrid interior interior interior interior interior exit setup that allows wind and fresh air (mid september) throughout the entire restaurant. so if they prefer to be outside or open-air food, due to Kovid-19 precautionary measures, then the sinclair could be a flexible option for them.

That is a great restaurant. I ordered the salmon to go out and it was delicious. the sinclair has a well-rounded menu, so there is something for everyone here. Although I ordered to go out, it looked like a nice place to sit down. will try something else again!

Delicious food! Very pretty restaurant with a pleasant staff. Service was timely and you aren't rushed through your meal. Dining in their outdoor seating on a nice day is a very nice experience. I'd definitely go back.
