Panda Express - Fargo

I ordered a bigger bowl through delivery and paid extra for the firecracker shrimp, only for the shrimp to be missing and only 2 of my entrees there. Thanks for taking my money and not giving me what I paid for.

I'm sad. This location is most convenient when I come to Fargo for my dad's medical stuff. The last visit ended with an extended wait time to even give my order at the drive-thru box yet being the only vehicle in line. Once greeted at the window, I was surprised to find out that they were not accepting cash. My taste buds excitedly prepared for a date with strong independent flavors. Yet the only strong taste was of being catfish by overcooked, dry, burned, clumped noodles. Even Wendy's was yelling where's the Beijing beef?!? The ragoons and spring rolls tasted like they played the twins in the shining. I'm hoping this was just an encounter of the 4th kind. Hopefully hypnosis will have the strength of the mcrib to bring back the panda I desired with tales of an excellent adventure. Otherwise it's just a bogus journey and time to face the music. Def not most excellent ?

Panda express used to be my favorite fast food Chinese in Fargo. However, the last two visits have been very disappointing. The fried rice has been very bland and over cooked as the rice looks more like quinoa vs grains of rice. Today's visit included large pieces of burnt rice. Lastly, the portions have gotten less and less and not what is traditionally expected by Panda Express.

Drive thru attendant was EXTREMELY rude and mixed up my order. When I tried to politely ask for a correction, he angrily insisted I messed up ordering and walked away to get his manager. Obviously someone who should not be in food service if he can't even manage a customer interaction/complaint without spouting attitude and putting off an angry vibe. I'd go in to order, so this doesn't happen.

I had ordered teriyaki chicken over $50 worth and when it finally got to the house it was so burnt that I could not eat it I eat here all the time i have never gotten burnt teriyaki chicken from here before it just seems like every time I get takeout it comes burnt or something's wrong with it I guess I will be going and getting it myself no more take out from here..
