This restaurant is completely relieved from the outside. this changes when entering the spacious rooms within. Although the seat capacity is very high, the space between the tables means that talks can be held between several people without joining or being attacked by others. the selection of menus or à la carte is very diverse. the food is delicious and the help is laborious. the service is perfect. the kalbs was the best I ever tasted without destruction. the value is excellent and I recommend le puy wolf without hesitation. if they have the time to visit, it is worth noting that: decazeville is just a few kilometers away and we visited on a dry morning between showers and heavy rain that just added the right atmosphere to this ex charcoal mining town. in 1826 the herzog elie decaze inherited a small coal mine in a village during the French industrial revolution, the herzog elie decaze built an industry to produce coal and iron from the erz, which was brought from mining activity in the nearby opposite. he was supported by an engineer françois cabrol, who built one of the largest mausoleum in France for his family, but then had only one son who had no children. the mine was closed in 1966 for the lower surface activity, but remained in use for surface mining until 2001. the opposite has been created to offer a park with a lake. the lake on the one side is decazeville and on the other side is a minenhaft lift as reminding the cities of former glory. the city is on one of the four French hiking trails to st jean de compostelle and a very beautiful chapel can be seen on one of the surrounding hills with a fascinating friedhof opposite the valley below.
This is a pleasant restaurant with an extensive menu that focused on local ingredients and dishes and on the whole we had a good lunch here with taking out a very hard steaks not expected in a region that was proud of its bark....The service was friendly and the place is very popular with locals, we were sure that there is more in the opposite, so it would probably give one.
Thanks for this great moment as much reception as kitchen it is an output that we do regularly and we refer to it again disappointed thank you again
Simple but very tasteful and generous cuisine. friendly and very efficient service. the quantites served are impressive. very good quality ratio price for the menu at 21 euros with dish cheese and dessert. the setting is not very warm with its heteroclite decoration but we enjoyed the meal and had a good evening.
