Mark Pi's Express - Fishers

Best Chinese food, hands down! I live just 30 minutes away, and it's totally worth the trip!

I ordered shrimp fried rice and spring rolls, but my rice and eggs were burnt, which gave my meal a strong burnt flavor. Not the best first experience, I suppose.

I tried the Mark Pi's Chicken Court and it was amazing! It was served hot and had just the right amount of spice. I definitely recommend giving it a try. The lunch special comes with one side and a drink, which is a great deal. It was more than enough food for me, and I can't wait to go back and try more!

First of all, I believe that this place is here because Fishers was still a “city” that should tell you something. I also want to call the owner. Years ago my car died in a parking lot in front of the store and he was out of control over me and my family while offering us water, etc. As far as food is concerned, I've been moving over the country since then and still thinking about the Gan Pong Chicken. It is really, really spicy and I can find nothing else like it, not even a recipe. As for “Americanized” Chinese foods, this place is great.
