Steep Leaf Lounge - Flagstaff

I was told I had to wait for my coffee, which was fine, but then they served it to someone else. Instead of bringing me my drink, they proceeded to serve customers who came in after me, and my coffee never came. I left without my drink and without a refund. The lack of respect for customers here is simply astonishing. I generally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Making customers a priority would go a long way. A simple "excuse me" could make all the difference. I certainly won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

I had one of the worst experiences I've had in years. We've been waiting a long time for our coffee, and who knows when our food will arrive. There are three girls working here, but they seem more interested in chatting than serving. When I inquired about the coffee while we waited, I received a really rude response, especially from the girl who was just sitting and talking to the others. This will be our last visit.

This restaurant offers a variety of drink options, but the bakery items they have for sale are absolutely incredible! I tried the sticky bun and the strawberry pop tart, and both were delicious!

Delicious tee and eat with beautiful ambiente! there are cozy places to sit and everyone is very friendly. my man and I have read here for hours!

Steep is my favorite stop downtown Flagstaff! I’ve been coming here whenever I’m in town for the past six years. I love the ambiance, little window seats, and tea selection. Highly recommend the vanilla mint chai, hot or iced!
