Dunkin' - Flanders

Sat in drive through line for 15 minutes with 4 cars in line. This is after ordering ahead, what’s the purpose. I understand staffing is an issue everywhere, but this is ridiculous

Went through the drive-thru and they forgot my hash browns went back in and got them proceeded down the road and reached into my bag and my sandwich was cold it was never double toasted like I asked and nothing was cooked through

I never go to Dunkin, but I'd had labwork done and needed a quick pick me up. I had a frozen drink and it was good. The service was great and it was early morning. Kudos Dunkin all the way.

99% of the time you don't receive what you actually order. Drive thru is ridiculously slow and they're very rude.

The donuts were well risen and appropriate size. Must visit if you are near by. The team is helpful and very handy. I ordered donut and Onion Chives stuffed mini bagels.
