Can’t beat the burgers or pizza at one of these sites, but don’t go to the San Jose Store after 8:15 expect to enjoy in eating. The manager is loud and doesn't make a secret that she wants to go home. Uncomfortable setting with sweep, mopping, scream and chair stacking competitions.

Food was good, but not great For the $1.99 onion, I would have got a few onion rings. Even if you put a tomato? Disc on the sandwich make Shure that it's bigger than half a dollar coin. I'll be back, but hope it'll be good next time.

We took my mother for lunch and she ordered an All American burger med rare and LOVED it. I ordered a Kale Salad with Grilled Salmon and the salmon was cooked to perfection. It was delicious! Very happy with all of our lunches. We'll be back.

The food is always great. I know there is a shortage of labor as all business are unwilling to pay a livable wage to their employees much less provide benefits. That being said, this restaurant is WAAAY to BUSY to have only one person taking orders, putting out food, and answering questions for people that already placed an order. I can only image how overwhelmed your cashier feels.

We typically ADORE The Loop. However, this time, at this location it was simply eh. The cost is astronomical for what you get. The food has went so downhill. Everything seemed rushed, and the food was extremely bland. Overall just a bad experience. Ordered The Mediterranean, a L Pepperoni, a side salad, and a kids Pepperoni. $50+ USD.
