Annie's Trading Post - Florence

I understand that staffing can be an issue, but when we arrived at 7:45 pm to find only four tables occupied, with two already having placed their orders, I didn’t expect to wait 40 minutes for just two sandwiches. It was really disappointing, and we ended up leaving hungry because our dogs had been waiting in the car the entire time. After a long five-hour drive, we still had another 20 minutes to go, and the waitress had the audacity to suggest that we should have left the dogs at home. That was incredibly rude. Meanwhile, other customers who sat at the bar were able to order and receive their food while we were still waiting. When she said, “We take care of our own,” it felt like we didn’t matter just because we weren’t ordering steak and lobster.

This is the best Alfredo I've ever tasted! I also ordered a side of cheese ravioli, and it was delicious. I've never had a bad meal or experience at this restaurant. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the beautiful view of Keyes Lake.

Your average up north bar/grille. Been there 2x. Sat afternoon and wed eve. Service was fine. Kitchen was real slow and they were not busy both times. Would I go back? Yes.

The food was delicious we had ribs, fried chicken, Cajun pasta. It had been raining so the place was packed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. About an hour wait for food once we placed our orderDietary restrictions: It was not clear what was in the homemade sauces, and when asked they said they didn't know, so I just got my ribs without BBQ. They were still delicious, but posting ingredients or knowing them would be a bonus for those of us with allergies.
