Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - FLUSHING

Used the offer on their app and ordered 6 pieces chicken tender and guess what I got? 6 pathetic cold small chicken tenders.

I can't stand the food at Popeyes. I haven't been to one in over a decade because I think it's really bad. However, the chicken sandwich is amazing. It's very juicy and delicious. I'll definitely be returning just for that sandwich.

The staff at this restaurant, especially the Chinese male cashier, seem disinterested in their work. I ordered 5 pieces of chicken with 2 sides and 2 biscuits, specifying that I wanted it to be spicy. However, when I got home, I discovered that it was only mild. When I asked for ketchup, I was only given 2 small packets. Upon requesting more, I was only given 2 extra packets, which wasn't enough for my meal. When I asked for coleslaw as my second side, I was told they were out of coleslaw and could only offer mashed potatoes or fries. This was a very disappointing experience, from the lackluster service to the cleanliness of the restaurant. I do not plan on returning anytime soon.

There are too many beggars inside and outside of this restaurant. There are three inside asking for money from customers, one guy at the front door greeting and asking for money, and another beggar camping outside the front door. The store manager does not address the issue. The food is good, but the presence of multiple beggars at this location is off-putting.
