Mcdonald's - Food Court Bldg Hickam Afb

One of the most friendly, quick, and delicious McDonalds I’ve been to in a while. I’ve never seen such friendly staff, not only towards me, but even to each other. Nice calming atmosphere even in the midsts of a remodel. I was even impressed with the burrito wrapping. Provided plenty of sauce and silverware and I had even forgot to ask! Great experience!

Made a complaint through the app about my experience so I wouldn't have to do it this way but here I am. My fries were mushy and under Cooked my buns were stale and rough on my teeth and the burger Patty served on my quarter pounders tasted like freezer frost and mildew.

Waited 15 minutes curbside. Had to go into restaurant to retrieve my order. Also most of the time patrons park in the curbside to order inside. This location used to be good but now it’s terrible. The rice was mushyParking: Everyone parks in the curbside/drive through to walk in and place orders.

The workers were very friendly didn't have to wait they were on itt.

Lazy..sleepy employees. Left the main condiments out for big breakfast and hotcakes on a drive through order. Called the lazy people asked for money back. They wanted the meals return and did not consider the hassle to the customer.
