They make us wait to order. People cannot hear us, and no matter how many employees are there, they keep ignoring us until they are done with whatsoever.

I tried to order twice from this location two sundaes. The first time they sent ice cream with nuts and a cherry. I had selected pineapple topping and bananas and received none. Had Doordash resend the order and I received it will the note pictured! ? They sent the same thing I complained about. They mess up when I go there too so I am not giving them anymore business because it's not a real Baskin-Robin, what a joke.

I got hired and on the first day I was doing training and I sometimes leave in one headphone subconsciously with no music playing without even noticing and the edgy manager had a stink about it. I just didn’t show next shift It’s litteraly just an ice cream shop

Ordered ice cream, took our money, told us they were out of the ice cream and then took 5 minutes figuring out how to give us our money back.

Military discount! This is the best place I've ever gotten dessert at. They love military and veterans! Drop whatever you're doing and go to this store. Best service ever!
