They just sit there until they are ready to take your order. Then you have the employees taking food out without gloves on. This place is very unprofessional. And all of this is going on with the manager on site.

It seems like they’re sprinkling their own seasonings on the chicken. I went for the original kfc chicken taste and got chicken that taste like it had Lawry’s seasoning salt on it!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the new wraps are not worth purchasing. Our chicken tenders were dry and over cooked. Wrap was not the best either felt like it had set out side pkg for a while.Good food, love the pot pie most. Was extremely disappointed on 10/27 my mom and I both ordered pot pies both of our pies had less than 2 tablespoons of chicken in them, they should have been called carrot pies all you could see was chunks of carrots, I had 3 peas and mom's had 5 peas so if you prefer carrots to chicken this is your place. Me I'm gonna try a different KFC.Update: received email from corporate office apologizing for problem and stated voucher would be in mail to compensate me. Waiting...Well my wait is over I received my $10 voucher to try it again.Finally had time to use my voucher. Mom and I had 2 piece dark fill-up boxes great chicken, fresh crispy cole slaw, biscuit and sweet tea. Every thing was great!Parking: In a large shopping center so you should always have a decent place to park.
