Feedback gevenOrder a 7 piece tender meal. Drove off not checking my food. Then shouldn’t have to check my food. I got a 4 piece tender of the most dry and crusty looking tenders. I immediately turned around and drove back. After sliding the box on the counter next to the register with no one at it. A short Hispanic woman with tattoos proceed to give me a nasty look from around the corner. I told her in a short and kinda rude tone the issue. My issue is is if you did it right the first time I wouldn’t have to come back spending my fuel in my time. She didn’t attitude while saying that she can remake my order the entire time bobbing her head around in an attitude making my order account. I hope they have cameras so they can see this woman’s attitude. She’s then slides the box back at me over-the-counter and says enjoy or something to that effect I don’t really remember, and I told her that she doesn’t need an attitude because they were wrong. She didn’t tell me if I wanted to make a complaint that I can talk to the manager and she gave me her name so I made a complaint with her manager, and she proceeded to lie and say that I threw the box at her. From now on, I’ll just go to canes. I wish there were someway that I could talk to the store manager because I ran into the owner who owns not only the store but the one in Seagoville and two other stores he’s really nice guy, but his employees suck.Kid-friendliness: Messed up your order and then wants to give you an attitude when you tell them they did it wrong
My complaint is about the Manager, JAVIER, this is the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered! He seems to be angry for absolutely no reason! This location actually messed up on my order. I drove all the way back to get it corrected. When we got to the location, the manager Javier advised he would not be correcting the order and walked off. This man is going to bring this location down because I know for sure I will not be spending my money here until this Manger( Javier) is gone!!!! A manager at a restaurant is supposed to have customer service skills and able to work with customers on a daily. I’ve encountered this manager 2 times and that was more than enough. He is rude and nasty just because he thinks he can be. Luckily we did encounter a young gentleman that fixed our order without hesitation and was kind! Until they get a new manager I won’t be going to this location anymore.
Drive thru only for me. Love the fish combo..always asked to pull to the side which is fine..Food is always fresh and pretty consistent. If you like your fish seasoned well..get Spicy..Wheelchair accessibility: Several spaces available
I recently visited the Forney Texas Chicken Express and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I ordered two 4 piece tender meals but found the chicken to be fried too hard and not fresh. Upon politely requesting fresh chicken, I was met with a combative attitude from someone who I believe was a manager, described as a Black Man with glasses. Despite maintaining politeness throughout the interaction, the manager engaged in a back-and-forth exchange, even stating that my food had only been under the light for 11 minutes. As a Black woman in a high-ranking corporate position, I found this treatment to be particularly disheartening.I have always been a loyal customer of Chicken Express and have never encountered such poor customer service before. It 's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and respect for customers, especially from someone in a managerial position.Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this location. I hope that Chicken Express takes steps to address this issue and ensure better customer service in the future.
Eddie hired the most unprofessional, ignorant, incompetent, arrogant, unethical General Manager ever. I will NEVER spend my money at this location again.
