Every time I come here the employees treat me very nice. Greeted with a smile and talked to with courtesy. Love it and I wish every chipotle gave service the way this place does. You can bet I’m coming back. Good job !!
If I could give no stars, I would. We went to this location around 6pm on Sat, Sept 2 and our first clue should have been that it was filthy. It was hot so sitting outside was not an option so we wiped down a table to eat. They were out of romaine so I was told I could not get a salad, out of white rice (told it would be 25 minutes to make it), and the steak, chicken and veggies were cold. That did it for us, we will never go to a Chipotle again. The quality at many locations is not close to what it used to be. We work too hard to spend $38 on food that was cold. We (three of us) had a few bites and threw the rest away. We are sorry that we didn't ask to speak with a manager but we can only assume there was no manager on-site since there was no romaine and no white rice. One would assume a manger would be on top of it. Like another commenter said, there are plenty of other places to eat. Stay clear of this Forney location unless you don't mind throwing money away.
The person who prepared my food and put together my online pickup order on October 2nd truly infused it with love, and I can taste it in every bite!
The food was served extremely cold, and my order took much longer than expected.
