Mod Pizza - Forney

While there was plenty of sauce, cheese, and spinach, the saving grace was the delicious crust.

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for over a year now, and previously I have always been satisfied with both the service and the food. I typically order pizza for my lunch breaks or after work using the app for easy pickup. Unfortunately, in recent times, the quality of the pizza has been inconsistent. More often than not, it arrives burnt, small with minimal toppings, or appears to be poorly made. This has become a recurring issue with every order, rather than just a one-off occurrence. I hope they can improve their efforts in the future. As a result, I will not be returning for a while, if at all. It is a disappointment to have wasted so much money.

Awful experience!! This was my first and last time trying MOD Pizza. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The customer service was terrible and my pizza was poorly made and tasted just as bad. It was unappetizing and ugly.

Burnt pizza twice, sweet tea wasn't sweet and found out 45 minutes later from manager they were out of sugar. Good experience first time we went 6 months ago. This time manager and guy burning pizza were terrible, won't be back.

Had this place before so we ordered it for dinner around 9pm since it was getting late. Then I open my box and my pizza looks like this. Idk if it was burnt or what but only half the pizza was good to eat. I’m not sure if the workers were just being lazy tonight or what, I understand messing things up and having a bad day, but they really put this in the box and thought it would be ok to give to a customer. I’ll definitely give them another chance in the future hopefully they don’t mess up like this again. Very disappointed in my food this time.
