Kfc - Fort Carson

This restaurant is not only one of my clients, but I also eat there to get a closer look at their operations. The kitchen is pristine, and they do an excellent job overall.

I like everything overall, except the fries. They are so salty that they require a half liter drink to eat a small serving!

Before I went to this location I decided to check the reviews out for this place , So I ordered my food and whatever, I asked for sauce and checked my bag before completely leaving (like the reviews recommended) and sure enough no sauce no biggie sh*t happens so I get off really quick and go inside and was rudely greeted by some dependapotamus saying next time you come in here wear your mask. Then as I'm leaving they said hey your card didn't go through at the window and I thought for a skimpy second as I walked to my car thinking damn I should leave it's not my fault they didn't charge me. So anyways they wanna tell me they can only give me two sauces and anything after that is .25 cents bruh I just bought 42 dollars worth of food for my family and I can only have 2 mf ranches yo this place sucks and really needs some training on customer service and to the dependapotamus just because your husband or wife is in the service doesn't mean the world owes you something, you work at KFC not a hospital your job isn't that serious. The chicken is dry af anyways so, KFC get a new staff just throw this team away and start fresh.

Super fast service, very friendly staff, and especially hot and great tasting eating.

I ordered some chicken strips recently, and they were quite old—really dry and not fresh at all. The fries were way too salty, and the portion was large but also dry. Overall, the meal was disappointing and felt stale.
