Mama Roni's Pizza - Fort Collins

Been here several times and it's always been great. Tonight was a bit different though, everything was sub-par at best. Not sure if there was some new people in the kitchen but between old salad lettuce and a burnt pizza, not sure if we're coming back.

We ordered a calzone and pizza rolls. No complaints with the calzone. The flavor of the pizza rolls was spot on. The size, however, left a lot to be desired. They were 4 inches, at best. And I think that's being generous. And they've hiked the price significantly. So that was disappointing. And to call it a roll is an inaccurate description. They were more of a turnover shape and then ends that were left unfolded were almost too hard to eat.

I was having an issue with the app and not going to lie it irritated me. I called in to see if we could solve the issue and Hunter did the most for me. I appreciate him and his calm, understanding attitude.

Set an online order for 6:30pm, it showed up at 6:01pm. Driver dropped part of our order on the steps, said to call and they 'll take care of it. Didn 't even offer to help pick up the spilled food. Remaining food was room temp/cold. Called for a solution, said they would refund the spilled food, but instead recharged our card. We will not be ordering again. Service, quality, professionalism, and consistency has gone down hill.

I've only been here a handful of times, but every time I do order food at this Mama Roni's, it's ready quickly, the people there are very hospitable, and the food itself is great. This is definitely where I'll recommend people go.
