However, I've often found the tortillas to be soggy, so I usually request a fresh one. While they generally accommodate my request, today one of the staff seemed a bit irritated when I asked for a new tortilla. After I turned away, they took a tortilla from the display, heated it for a brief moment on the grill, and handed it to me. At the time of placing my order, I had clearly stated that I dislike soggy tortillas, which is why I prefer to order at the counter. If anyone feels unhappy in their customer service position, it might be worth considering a different career path. Overall, I left feeling quite disappointed.
The food is surprisingly delicious for a gas station. The service is excellent, and the wait times are reasonably quick. Don't miss out on trying the soups—they're a must!
I was let down by my experience. Normally, their breakfast burritos are fantastic, but this time, half of mine was tough, as if it had been microwaved.
The food at this place is exceptionally fresh and tasty! I especially loved the Greek salad and the half Reuben panini. The staff was quite friendly as well. Although the tables are located right in the middle of a gas station mini-mart, which might not create the most welcoming environment, the outstanding quality of the food definitely makes it worth stopping by.
I noticed that the subs had a surprisingly small amount of meat. I think it's important for all franchise locations to provide a consistent experience. This was my first time visiting this location, and I've always enjoyed Jersey Mike's in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Maybe it's just not typical for this location to be generous with the meat.
