Pizza Hut - Fort Hood

I don't know who manages this place now, but not only did it today; they did it FANTASTIC. We are stationed here at the end of 2017. I was in this place, and I must say the service was always great, but not so much food. We decided to come back today to see if something had changed since we haven't been back for over a year. Please continue what you do because the food was wonderful and how the old pizza hat tasted, which I know so well.

Very polite and professional service. We ordered a large filled crust and wings for delivery. We were not too happy with the order, so we called back. Alex answered quickly and was very polite and apologetic for our discontent. Without questions, he correctly asked things by giving us a remake of order. Most people would be rude about this, but Alex was so nice and understood. When we received the remake Alex had made himself, we were very satisfied. The food was just what we wanted and made perfect. Thank you.

Friendly staff, clean eating area, quick service, order was correct. The food was hot and tasted delicious.

Service was horrible and wanted to charge me for sauce that should already be on wings I ordered 1/10 don’t recommend getting food from here especially on base.

Food was delivered fast and it was hot. Great service
