Hardee's - Fort Smith

Our food was great, hot and fresh. Better than our food was the service. The gentleman on the passage had a big smile and was very friendly and professional. Nice, so warmly welcomed and by a scholarship holder Texan.

This might be the best fast food experience I've ever had. We were a group of 30 Boy Scouts dining at 6:00 PM. The service was quick, professional, and outstanding. The food was hot and delicious. A big thank you to Trina and Scott—you both are amazing!

I always had a great service here! we have a family of 4 and nobody wants to eat the same, but we always find something to satisfy everyone here! customer satisfaction is always at the top of the team. even if there was a mistake with their order, they are fast to correct it! the prices are a little high, but this is rather a business thing, then a worker thing. we will continue to visit this restaurant.

I was a little surprised to find out that they didn't have a small cheeseburger. I had to order a bigger one than I wanted. The food was okay but the fries had a strange taste. Not Hardee's usual standard. I'll probably be back because I do enjoy there food, but it's going to be a minute.
