Wingstop - Fountain

This is the slowest Wingstop I've ever visited. I waited over an hour for my order of wings. I won’t be returning to this location.

**Do Not Dine Here** This is the worst Wingstop I have ever visited. I ordered thigh bites and traditional wings, and everything was undercooked and soggy, including the French fries. When I returned the food and requested a refund, they refused to issue it without first speaking to the district manager. Unfortunately, the district manager never answered my calls or texts, leaving me no choice but to accept remade food that was just as disappointing. Overall, this place has the poorest food quality I've experienced in the Springs. I would recommend driving an extra 15-20 minutes to any other Wingstop location.

?TRASH! take the drive and go somewhere else. Listen, my family LOVES wings. In fact, when my husband and I met that’s all we ate.. now here we are almost 13yrs later with kids and they love them too. When we moved to Colorado, we gave this location a try. We ordered like $70 in wings for the family. They were literally (not kidding), almost the size of drumsticks! How?!! And they were chewy as if they were undercooked. Talk about mad and do anyone ever really take the time to drive all the way back?! No. So I put them in the oven and cooked them longer. That was in November last year and I said never again. Today we ordered again, this time boneless and spent $35 on the 2 of the wing specials they had. They were dry, hardly ANY sauce and the lemon pepper seasoning was piled up on 2 wings. The corn was stale and dry and way too much seasoning. My toddler loves corn on the cob and has never handed one back to us. She did today though! This is crazy. This location is literal trash. It’s confirmed, we ain’t spending another dollar there..what’s the saying. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, you got me (for the sake of the internet)messed up.

I was in business, so I knew I had to wait one. but not for over 30 minutes. waited on a sticky table with floor that looked like it had not been cleaned in the month. eis was outside and tried to get the attention of the staff was impossible. After waiting for a long time and ordering some who were definitely done in business before me went out, I asked and was rejected a refund. finally eating. the fries were soggy and understated. Huhn was super oily, greasy and inedible. it's in the mum, everything you have is huh and you failed so hard.

The quality of the food was extremely disappointing, especially for such a new establishment. The fries were overcooked and unappetizing, with barely enough to qualify as a large order—definitely less than a small portion. They were so overcooked that they were inedible. The wings were decent, but the rolls were dry and served without any butter, which was quite unfortunate. Given the $70 price tag, I really don't think it was worth it.
