Easy on the salt. I want to live!Well, not only that, i get sold 40 piece nuggets but instead i open three boxes with ten each. SmhOver count on the salt and under count on the nuggets.
Pulled up to order through the drive-thru, there was a truck that was pumping out the grease pit I believe that was right next to the drive-thru area making it very hard to hear which is understandable that is not the problem.There was nobody in line so I drove around to the window and I advised the young lady who was working the window that due to the noise I wasn't going to be able to hear at the drive-thru speaker. Again not a problem, as I stated this some unseen employee inside stated he didn't even stop for one second in a very nasty voice. I was trying to be helpful so we didn't have to yell at each other over the speaker, this is consistent poor customer service and food quality I have gotten repeatedly at this venue

I placed a mobile order. After 20 minutes of waiting with no word I checked my app and it claimed that the order had been delivered, though it hadn't. I tried to go in to resolve the issue but the doors were locked (I thought this was a 24 hour done in McDonald's So I decided to call to resolved the issue. I rang over and over for 10 minutes and nobody picked up. By now half of the other customers in the mobile order pickup and drive thru were bailing, so I did the same I kept trying to call for another 20 minutes and nobody picked up. I'm out $15 and 30 minutes of my time.Look, I'm a McDonald's employee myself, I know how busy and overwhelming it can get during the late night rush. However, when you are unable to fulfill orders in a timely manner it is the responsibility of the manager to refund customers, apologize, and make things right for future visits. If not that, at least pick up the phone... 0/10 would shut down this llocation temporarilyand fire the current floor manager if I was the GM.
