Silos Bakery - Framingham

This is the second time I've had this experience at this restaurant. I absolutely love the food here, but I have to say that the management is quite poor. I ordered a canjiquinha, and it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive. No one communicated with me about the delay. When they’re busy, there's always just one person serving more than 10 customers, leading to long lines. The staff seem overwhelmed and disorganized, resulting in very slow service. What should be a quick order turns into a lengthy wait.

This restaurant specializes in Brazilian cuisine, and the food is fresh and delicious. The ambiance is simple yet pleasant, creating a nice atmosphere. I enjoy visiting this place for coffee, lunch, snacks, and dinner! I often see Americans dining here as well. Definitely worth a visit!
