Wild Horse Catering - Fraser

The service was outstanding. They ensured I felt confident about my order and confirmed their arrival for the day. (I admit I have trust issues.) However, they arrived exactly on time, and the person who set everything up was fantastic. My only critique would be that the food was just average.

Does anyone know who owns Solstice and Wild Horse Catering? I hired them for my wedding on June 3, 2023, three months in advance, and they didn’t show up. Shannon assured me they were preparing for my special day and told me not to worry, but they never arrived. This was supposed to be a fine dining experience with white glove service at $120 per person, and they completely ghosted me! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Gabby was more than helpful with EVERYTHING we needed. She has a positive attitude and the food was amazing! Definitely recommend Wild Horse Catering!!!

EDIT- our experience was with the previous owners of WHC! (2019) My husband and I used Wild Horse Catering for our August wedding. The entire team did a wonderful job meeting our requests and needs, far exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend them!

We used Sift Cakes (part of Wild Horse Catering) for our wedding cake and cupcakes. Misty did an absolutely amazing job and everything came out beautifully. Delicious cakes and beautiful designs. Would definitely recommend!
