Feedback gevenI used to dine at this Subway weekly for many years starting in 2000, but today marked my first visit in over two years. Unfortunately, I found the Italian herb and cheese bread to be dry, and when I requested extra cheese, the employee seemed reluctant to accommodate me, as if she wasn't permitted to do so. Communication was also a challenge, as she was difficult to understand and didn’t fully grasp what I was asking. Throughout my visit, she was chatting with her coworker in Spanish, which added to the confusion. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this particular Subway. It’s disappointing, as it used to be one of my favorite spots.
The subway wasted ten minutes of our time. They prepared all four subs, but in the end, they wouldn’t accept our coupons. They gave us several excuses, and as a result, we couldn’t pay. This led to wasted food, and in the past, different staff members have allowed us to use coupons without issue.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff was quite disrespectful. I ordered the Go Long sandwich through the Subway app, which was supposed to be on promotion for $2, but they refused to honor the deal and made me feel as though I was trying to take advantage of them. Overall, the service was rude, and I really think Subway should reconsider the management of this store and bring in people who actually care about their customers. It's a shame to see how much Subway has declined compared to what it used to be.
This store deserves 0 stars because of the service, Disrespectful team, uncivil, inconsistent and moody! The 2 ladies at the register (Friday 6/3/2022 3:00pm) they both need a lot of training, even the one who claimed to be the store manager (big lady red curly hair round face and the staff member black hair glasses both latinas in their 50-60s), though I was trying to justify her rudeness for having a bad day. Even if Subway started today charging for extra ingredients and I didn?t know, and specially that I got them free of charge yesterday at the same location!!!! If they changed their mind, at least they should either charge quietly or ask nicely! I could have left the food and did?t pay but I did?t want to put them in trouble! They don?t even deserve that gratuity or that one star! Long story short, Subway is my favorite but this location is the worst ever!
There was an awful woman working here named Christina (she lied and said Maria but her name tag says Christina). She was rude, giving major attitude, refused to toast our food, threw our food around and got all sarcastic when i asked for more onion on our pizza by dumping two handfuls on it. She got all snarky when I called her out on it. Wow suchhh badddd customer service. Never coming to this subway again.
