Feedback gevenThe staff is consistently uninformed and tends to ignore customers waiting in line. They only took my friends' orders while completely overlooking me, even though I was standing right there. It wasn't until my friend started eating that they finally acknowledged me. It's clear that the manager needs training on how to complete one task before starting multiple others, and they shouldn't overlook people who are clearly together. I used to visit at least twice a week, but after this experience, I will be looking for a different restaurant.
Cannot take the customer survey because I did not receive a reception. Even if I was asked for one, I was told that I can't find it even when I went on the trip thru, I had to say hi several times before they were recognized and then they had no warning at the window I had ordered! customer service is certainly not their thing!
Wendy's is my most favorite fast food. It's always good! The burgers are my favorite and the frostys' are the best!!! My grandbabies love the chicken nuggets and I can recognize them as real chicken!
Newer building. They got my sandwich order a little wrong but still was delicious.
They’ve been understaffed for a while , not for a lack of trying but they’re always very nice and working hard . I went there the other night about an hour before closing and my god did they have their hands full . I ended up waiting almost an hour in line but I know that they were trying their hardest . Fast food is not an easy job , especially when your understaffed and the only place open at that hour. Kudos to the manager , he works his butt off and is always very kind. He tries his best with the cards he was given
