The owner really needs to have a chat to his staff about leaving customers with a good lasting impression.
The food here is always delicious but I must admit I was left with a bit of a "sour taster" in my moth when some random man took it upon himself to lecture me about using a takeaway container that the restaurant had provided me with. Not cool, mate.
Offering delightfully varied flavourful vegetarian/vegan food, this hidden gem is the best restaurant of its kind in Fremantle, without a doubt. It's so good, in fact, that one should plan on an early lunch — arrive around noon at the latest, if you can — because this wonderful little place fills up fast. Easy to get a delicious, well-balanced, vegetarian meal at a reasonable price here — no wonder it's a Fremantle 'institution'! :-)
Back in a lane way not so easy to find is that laid back cafe with vegetarian food only. Best time is to go before 12 pm before long lines are forming from the regular customers. I work in the area and going often for a very reasonable priced meal with my colleagues. I am not a vegetarian but most of the food is just delicious. My favourite : German cheese cake - I believe the best in Perth. They give a very generous portion.
My hairdresser recommended this cafe and I can see why! The food is better than home made. Fresh and wholesome food! The only problem is deciding what to have! Salad, quiche, curry, wrap.....?
