Eden Silk Road Cuisine - Fremont

No service. no other utensils were provided for four others than the chiffel. the worst thing was that none of the dishes were cooked, they came out of the bait.

The food was excellent and the portions were generous. I can't speak to the authenticity of the dishes, but everything was delicious. The atmosphere could use a bit of improvement, and the music videos they played were a bit odd, but I would definitely go back for the food.

It is a specialty for those who enjoy the culinary art of Xinjiang, particularly dishes featuring lamb and other local ingredients.

Excellent food of Uighur origin. Serving size is big. So watch out in terms of items, otherwise you would end up ordering too much food. The lamb sish kebab is divine. Unfortunately the restaurant did not receive the Open Table reservation. But fortunately for us, they were able to give us a table within few minutes.

This place is good, but I doubt it's the best in the Fremont area.
