Mcdonald's - Fremont

Today, after lunch, we decided to get ice cream at the restaurant. We ordered three sundaes, which cost $12, but they were completely disappointing! Something went wrong with their machine, and the ice cream wasn’t sweet at all; it tasted more like ice than anything else. I called the restaurant, and the woman on the phone was friendly and promised a refund. She took my name down. However, when I went in later that day, the staff were rude to me, almost as if they thought I was lying. In the end, they did refund my money, but the whole experience left me feeling terrible. Next time, I think I’ll stick to Costco!

I ordered the children's meal, which was supposed to come with a toy car. However, when I opened the package, there was no car inside. When I asked the staff about it, they simply said it was sold out. If I had been informed about this beforehand, I wouldn’t have chosen the children's menu.

Today, no sicy nugget any more. caje does not acknowledge request to have them back. big mac has no pickles. spicy de lux crispy chicken was not cridpy. No ice cow had ice. and the requested Buffalo sauce was missing... avoid! money back please

While I was there, I witnessed a child come in with his mother who wanted two toys with his Happy Meal. Unfortunately, the mother was told she could only choose one. She tried to purchase an extra toy, but that wasn't an option, which left the child crying and upset. I don't understand why she wasn't allowed to buy another toy just to make her child happy. I took away a star because of this poor customer service experience.

Everything was fresh, and I really loved the Sausage Egg McMuffin!
