Truss'd - Front Royal

I just had breakfast here and it was amazing. The crack cauliflower (please trust me, the name is well deserved) is delicious and the eggs Benedict was perfect. I have to go with the cook, Allen, about her food and his goals for her Friday and Saturday night 3 course dinners that sound like a great night. It's worth coming in to get a chance to talk to someone passionate about what they are? I'll do it. Truss? D makes something very special in a small town. To finish it, this place will not break the bank. Come on, support this local business!

Happy Creek Eatery was taken over by... the cooks! Good for them! I can now write a review of this place since I have finally eaten here (in its new form), and guess what? It's better than ever! Truss'D rocks it! Delicious and wonderful with the friendly environment you want and love!

We arrived at this quaint restaurant 15 minutes after it opened and found that it was already full. The owner, who also serves as server and cook, mentioned that it was the busiest they had been since opening three months ago. There was only one other staff member in the back assisting with cooking. However, despite the limited staff, our food arrived quickly. We ordered three duck dishes and both agreed that Benny's cousin was our favorite. The standout dish was the crack crack cauliflower, which had a unique flavor reminiscent of General Tso's chicken. Overall, it was a lovely spot for a satisfying brunch.

A local couple runs this restaurant and they excel at what they do! The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is outstanding. I appreciate that they take the time to chat with you. They even gave my dog some bacon! I will definitely be returning. Don't miss trying the cauliflower dish!

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. The service is outstanding and the prices are reasonable. My friend and I came here for lunch on Thursday and enjoyed coffee and tea while waiting for our food. The sandwiches we ordered were amazing, made with fresh sweet potato rolls. Alan and Katie are a fantastic team and very friendly. I highly recommend trying this restaurant soon, you won't be disappointed.
